so i just read news that Binance which is a large crypto exchange have decided to Suspends Deposits in Nigeria Following the Central Bank Directive that cryptocurrencies should be banned in the country....

Exchanges are put in a tough spot. They have to adhere to the banking rules or get banned from countries.
It is a shame. That is why we need decentralized exchanges to take over.
