This has become a term in crypto, especially in the curve community. That is a motto I try to live in life generally, but if I can do some from just crypto let's have at it...

• This really use to be the dream with real estate investing, but with rents frozen at zero many of my friends are squeaking by and burning through their reserves.
• How are you handling this? Some of my frineds are just lucky their renters are still paying.
• Others took their properties off the market to do repairs and refurbish, then plan to refinance and try renting again.
• Some have suggested rental agreements which exclude the renter from taking advantage of givernment rent abatement. is that legal?
