Upto now they have been dealing with people wo didn't want to take the time or expense to contest their charges.
But with XRP and now Coinbase they are dealing with people with the resources to hire good lawyers.
yup absolutely. They relied on scare tactics to win previously and that they have infinite time and money where most people would go bankrupt fighting them.
