This is so true! I share very few opinions with very few people. And I just sit, listen, observe and relax.

It's so much healthier to avoid conflict.
I can literally feel my chest tighten up and I get a headache at the first sign of any conflict
Then I have to go to another room and decompress.
That is big reason why I am happy that I work at home alone for myself.
