I've never heard of cosmos, is it a social network like hive? Is there the same posting and payment process for monetized content? Despite the questions, I'm going to search on Google about this cosmos because I'm curious now.

no there isnt a blogging aspect it is a layer 0 where multiple blockchains derive from that with different functions. More focused in financial usage .
