You can just make sure to check your email right after inserting your discord details...

Reviews might take long or faster. You can always move to the next quest that is opened for you while waiting for the previous ones to get reviewed.

They typically check quests a few times per day. There is a lot of volume so patience is your friend!
I think they review it twice a day but I'm not sure when or even if there is a fixed time

Most likely a little slower over the weekend but it shouldn't take all too long

The team reviews them like 2-3 times a day so you just have to wait a bit
