Found some oysters on my way through an old growth forest near Saranac Lake.
They're actually not true oyster but they are called Elm Oysters.
We'll see how they taste tomorrow!

Ah yes, the gills do not run down into the stem. Let us know how they taste
will do. I'm still trying to make sue itbis what it is first!
