Just saw my parents... some idiot tree service guys left them some ugly trees that will stand alive only a short time and become more dangerous than they were before coming to work!
An alive memorial to human stupidity, that's what it is...
And that's what you get when you hire the cheapest labor to be found. Just sayin!
It looks like what the utility company does. They trim the trees in strange ways, doing the least amount of work while freeing up the wires.
