There is an account or two that are very strict about this kind of thing. You can also try to appeal at hive-watchers who it seems gave you some downvotes. Check their profile, there might be a discord link somewhere.

They exist to prevent spam and meaningless posts that are just vote farming. They can go too far sometimes and I believe a lot of it is automated.
