Maybe not having something specific is why it’s so hard to pull yourself away.
I know for me if I wanna work on a specific project is to tell myself “work on it for 5-10 minutes and that usually leads to me working on it for an hour or 5.
No need to be productive for no reason 🤣

I always have 3-4 things I want to do and choose the one that feels best in the moment.
Also like I said, the first 5 minutes are the hardest so just committing to those is huge
