To be honest most times when some of my friends CVs are declined it seems so weird to me, cause they were literally made for the job.

Yeah there are a lot of small things we do not notice when we are sending our CV but those small things for us can be important for the recruiters. Also, there may be other reasons for your friends that lose their job even if they seem perfect for it, for example the money aspect.

yeah went a step further and meant when they had a job interview get a decline later on! :P
