Cryptos are already helping the less fortunate in many countries through remittances from family and friends. Often across international borders, these needed funds find their way to the recipient safely and at a fraction of the cost of traditional bank operations. It is one of the reasons that many smaller or disadvantaged countries are adopting Bitcoin and cryptos at a faster rate than western countries.
