You pay interest on your holdings with a negative interest rate?
Not sure many banks will have this in place if they want to keep their customers. Interesting times ahead! (see what I did there!)

Hahaha, yeah. I believe it's a global thing. Other countries will have the same financial rules around negative interest rates. I think people are hiding their cash.
