Regarding renting/owning it very much depends on what exactly as one should always live in an apartment for rent themself to have the necessary flexibility and rent out other flats/property for regular income generation/inflow. But I agree that cancelling my Wix.com domain and buying my NFT crypto unstoppable domain made me happier and brought costs down to a one-time payment.
