Are you nervous about the real estate market in a year or two? See prices falling a lot or not worried about it?
i would like the prices to fall, so that i can finally buy one.
A selfish thought i guess.
Honestly, in my area I'm not worried at all. There is a supply shortage that isn't going away in the next year or two. Maybe prices don't go up but hard for things to go down much when there is demand.
