As I stated before in todays X.com chat: I want a bang for my buck. I have two PREMIUM level accounts (sbtofficial & untamedsarge). I hold the purse strings for my community and take that responsibilty very seriously. We are a small outfit and every dime spent I want to make sure is worth the expense.

Why am I contacting you? Well you are the defacto representative for this application/HIVE interface. Please don't get angry as I am sure you have friends in high places as I have friends in low places.

I would send this to the developers (?) but I have no idea who they are!

We worked together in the past to get this program (project blank) up and running in the past as you remember. I just dealt with some warranty people this morning and am not the one today for piss poor customer service.
