Yeah. I think a decent HP these days for an active user should be at least 300 or 500 even.
It would be easy for a Hive user to simply ask for free Resource Credit delegation that is worth hundreds of Hive Power, especially since it is hard to rent out RC (such as on #HiveEngine leasing page). π€―π€
