I want to reserve Account Creation Tokens in case I want to onboard (more of) my friends to Hive.

Every time people join #Hive using #LeoFinance or #Ecency, the admin accounts of those Hive frontends spend an Account Creation Token. Besides that, some people don't want to provide their phone number (or even email address) just to be able to signup for free.
