Looks like a vote of about 9.958% of your voting power. Appears that vote was closer to 10% vote or at 10% voting power. What is your voting power at?
It shows that the estimated vote value is 5.734 CTP but the actual is 0.571 CTP. That's a huge difference between the estimated and the actual.
Unsure if this has something to do with it, being of about the same percentage..
