For the delegations and stuff there is no tiers based on the leo power.
You can delegate as much as you want and increase the percentage you get by:
The LP does have some ranks but it has no impact on the delegation tiers.
They have it in the stake based curation, so there is kitten, newborn cub, cub, lion, leader of the pack, apex lion.
