Yes, it's been a struggle. Probably more difficult for me playing in Silver League against max level decks.
Same for me, it probably just became easier to play for players with max level cards..
This new ranked update is not easy at all because in practice a beginner can find the player with the best cards
I agree with what you said. It's not easy at all for beginners and players whose rare summoners are below level 4.
