Honestly, I don't have any information about Brazil. But overall, it can provide significant benefits. In particular, it will become easier and more transparent for Brazilians to follow the process. I don't know if the Blockchain Network can increase Brazilians' trust in government institutions, but I think it can remove distrust.

Well, it is true that it would be more transparent but as it is something totally centralized, I do not see much future in that.

It is not possible for state institutions to be decentralized. The aim is to ensure that the process is followed as far as I know.

Yes that is right. Innovative ones will survive in the future. It is difficult for non-innovators to survive.
