lol i don't think cashing out should be a priority right now because it takes time to build an account (just like every other social platform). Also, curators are mindful of those who basically want to milk the system.
it is a question of value. how much value can you bring?
some buy hives/leo, some earn hive/leo through activities that enrich the community. so if you can add value in no time you will reap the reward of your effort or cashout as you have said.

I agree with you. Of course, this might be a person who really needs the rewards.
Either way, the approach is not the best. We will watch to see if this person is just a "take take take" person.

i just wanted him to understand that if he expects to receive something of value then he should have something worthy of exchange. and as far as I know, that has to be time, dedication, ingenuity, etc
if he really needs the reward he would be driven enough to put in the work. this is what I feel

I agree completely. I gave a couple of upvotes but no more until I see what his/her behavior is.
The idea of us just giving rewards to people to take is asinine.
We, as a community, need to expect something in return.
For too long, we rewarded those before they proved their loyalty to things.

Since you have many questions, I would break down my answers! 😀
Hope this helps! 😁
This is the third time you put together something like this.
I will tell you flat out: if you want to have success here, you need to look what you can provide to the community, not just what you are taking.
All posts basically discussed that you want to learn how to get more followers, so you can get more money, to cashout.
Why do you think people should support that?

at the moment we find the effective strategy to attract more people I think it would be very important to point out that the contribution to the community is rewarded, because apparently it is believed that as it is a tokenized blog it is simply "pay me and I retire" it is a very mentality in the short term and if we want to preserve the community we must purge people who come with that sole intention!

Without a doubt. I think it imperative that we all try to guide the newer people.
Dropping a helpful hint in the comments of new people will help them along.
This one, though, posted a few times, I believe 3 in here and 1 in a blog post, about how he/she gets money out of here.

Also note that intention more to get than from "I will add value" sooner or later you will realize that it will take effort and time to have a moderately decent income, if you are intelligent you will not get it and you will find different ways to multiply what you have earned, if it is the opposite you will simply take out the little you get and still get caught up in the rat race!

I agree with all of this.
In regards to a decent income, what happens, if one is active and staking, we go quickly from decent income to holy crap money.
Things that have a tendency to 10x or 100x can create that.
Consider what would happen to people's holdings if the value of Hive, Leo, and CUB all 10x or greater.

recently we lived something similar where the price was 35% more than the current one and you could see that the passive income was getting bigger and bigger, and it is something that only takes a little time to happen

If you also look at there are users who do not have a large number of followers and have good returns, everything lies in what my colleague @nonsowrites says, everything will depend greatly on the value you contribute to the community, something else from your own experience you must have some HP (Hive Power) to have more freedom to write and publish

Being here as often as you can is a good starting point. Getting to know people and participating on our discussions is one way to put your name up there. If you do it well enough and consistently enough, eventually you will start building a network of your own. Increasing your earnings will come naturally as you go through these steps.
