Me motiva escribir acerca de aquellos medianos y pequeños comerciantes que han luchado contra los fuertes vientos de la recesión económica en estos tiempos.
Son admirables los dueños de negocios que han cambiado sus perspectivas y que han afrontado los desafíos que han traído cambios de fondo y de forma.

Muchos de estos empresarios, están aprendiendo a esperar. Esperan al cliente a su tiempo, esperan los momentos más acertados para llevar a cabo estrategias y esperan mejores tiempos.
Eso demuestra que la persistencia y la constancia ha determinado su permanencia en el mercado.
Podemos ver en muestras localidades muchos negocios que han perseverado e insistido en subsistir en esta difícil etapa económica en tiempo de pandemia.
Many of these entrepreneurs are learning to wait. They wait for the client at the right time, they wait for the right moments to carry out strategies and they wait for better times.
This shows that persistence and constancy have determined their permanence in the market.
We can see in sample localities many businesses that have persevered and insisted on surviving in this difficult economic stage in a time of pandemic.
A continuación, expongo algunas acciones que en mi opinión, han ayudado a los negocios a permanecer:
El aprovechamiento de los medios alternativos o sociales como instrumentos de promoción para sus productos y servicios. En esta época el negocio que subsiste, está en internet.
La implementación del delivery como método de venta y distribución. Muchos negocios ya estaban llevando a cabo esta actividad, pero afortunadamente, la pandemia ayudo a proliferarse el servicio.
Buena atención. Mientras menos demanda, la competencia se hace más ruda, es por ello que la atención al cliente se hace cada vez más importante. Empatía, consideración, identificación hacia el cliente, es vital en un negocio.
Ofrecer productos de calidad que cumplan con las exigencias del cliente permite que haya fidelidad y compromiso hacia el negocio o marca.
Entendimiento del mercado. Una mejor comprensión de la situación atípica y la adaptación a las circunstancias, entendiendo que se pueden realizar cambios a medida que se avanza.

In this era, the business that survives is on the Internet.The implementation of delivery as a sales and distribution method. Many businesses were already carrying out this activity, but fortunately, the pandemic helped the service to proliferate.
Good customer service. The less demand, the tougher the competition, the more important customer service becomes. Empathy, consideration, identification with the customer is vital in a business.
Offering quality products that meet customer requirements allows for loyalty and commitment to the business or brand.
Understanding the market. A better understanding of the atypical situation and adapting to the circumstances, understanding that changes can be made as you go along.
