This is a Colombian twenty thousand peso bill. The smallest bill is one thousand. Colombia was still on the gold standard into the 1990's and maintained 1:1 with the dollar for much of the last century.

Some countries consider this a crime, but in USA it's fully possible! You can look at https://bsov.io/markdollars to see more info about "Marking your US Dollars - Is it legal?". Just don't render the bills non-fit for redistribution. If you want to be 100% legal, then check up the laws of your country - however, do you agree with these laws?

Hard to pay bills when the bank doesn't take fiat-cash in COVID because they're "dirty". The government wants all fiat transactions controlled via the internet. Dangerous if you ask me.
