Are you trying to get rid of your LEO tokens into something else?

I want to withdraw the LEO from leofinance to private wallet or to Binance.

You to use Leodex to swap it to swap.hive.

Then withdraw the hive to your wallet then send the hive to binance.

Withdraw? LEO in your wallet is already "withdrawn". It's in your wallet after all.

I assume you mean cash out. That is convert to Bitcoin or some other crypto currency?

You could go to hive-engine.com
Log in with the Chrome Keychain extension for Hive.
Trade your LEO for SWAP.HIVE.
Withdraw the SWAP.HIVE to your Hive wallet.
You can access your Hive Wallet here: https://leofinance.io/@raimakhan/wallet
From there send the HIVE (not SWAP.HIVE anymore) to an exchange like Binance to convert to other cryptos or cash out.
