5 million people in web 3.0?
I think technologies can potentially be much larger than 5 million and secondly Web 3.0 aims to be more open, allowing a significant portion of the global population to participate in various ways.

certainly 5 million is a small and little studied number...
In my city alone there are 6 million people with internet access, I'm not even talking about the state. for a project 5 million is absurdly good, for web3 it is ridiculous
