Can anyone explain me what a "top level thread" and "a reply thread" is ?

Source - "Your Thread contains a link. If you'd like to share a link, please post the top-level thread and then make a reply thread to it with the link."

Sort:

Top level thread is when you use the thread box on the main page (the latest). A reply threads is when you comment.

So here you posted a top level thread and I made a reply threads.

If you want to post a link, simply post the top line thread then reply to your own thread and post the link.

Thanks a lot - that's a very clear / easy to understand answer :D
Wish you a chill monday ♥

Glad to help.

Even tho I understand your answer - the help text doesn't seem to help; If I do it like this, I get the same error x'D
