When focused on a coin like ETH it is very easy to miss other coins.
This is something stock traders have had issues with for years. I have not heard of any good solution.

Total tunnel vision. I have only about 10 coins that I actively watch the charts on a daily basis. I think I need to just keep scanning, when im not in a position keep scanning and data collecting.
