That´s a good question. The payout is constantly calculated and the rise of the Hive price should be reflected in the payout (you should get more HBD on the liquid part of the reward to match the actual Hive price) but I think there is something like a 3 day moving average on which the calculations are based so it might actually take some time before the ratio between the liquid and non liquid parts of the payout are corresponding...
