I saw this news report on what doctors views on alcohol has been over the years.

Today, I will do a research on this, write some posts, review my plans for February and watch AFCON matches

I think medical research and opinions continue to drift over the years. I will also try to dig in this topic. I will like to see your February goals. Nobody saw Egypt not winning 1 afcon match before leaving. Waoooh.

In fact the news report has been a topical issue at home,it simply shows the limitations of human knowledge as they continually keep changing and adjusting their stance on health advisory.

That is so true. Divine knowledge is all encompassing. No limitations at all

That's true, humans don't always know it all

I joked with a friend on the brand of alcohol that will suit this harmattan cold before seeing this report th.I equally remember that some years ago, medical professionals advised that we consume some wine because it is good for the heart

Probably one of those things that falls under the "all things in moderation" philosophy. A little alcohol may or may not be good for you but it probably isn't going to hurt you. Large amounts on the other hand...

Yes, moderation in everything we do in life is the best. But some may feel that this report gives credence to their stand on complete abstinence.

Hmmm that alcohol matter we will look into it Sha, how many post will you write today?

If my schedule will allow me,I might do two.Concerning the alcohol issue eehhhhhhh.I no wan talk ooo.

Vodka is not among that's all I know

Let me finish the research first.

very good, research 😃 very well

I no mention vodka oooo, abeg ooo😆😆

Am just asking abi am I just saying

I am very sorry,I will not go near vodka in my research 😆😆

It's Alcohol is obviously not goo for us humans.
Christiano Ronaldo for instance does not take alcohol.

I love this, different people different opinions.

Alcohol issue is controversial. It reminds me of a man who was a known drunkard, his son drank at a party one day and got drunk. When his father saw him he told him:I" told you that drinking is not easy,do you think it is easy to drink?"

Nigeria is topping it in the game.

I hope they get to the finals.

its a nice report from the doctors, but I think what is good for me is good for me. Happy new week to you my dear friend, I sincerely wish you a great day 🕊️🙏🏽.

I wish the same too,I look forward to reading your threads.

this is awesome enjoy your day sure

Thanks a lot.

you are welcome

Sounds like a focused day ahead! Researching, writing posts, planning for February, and enjoying AFCON matches, that's a great mix. Best of luck with everything on your agenda.

I just hope I will be able to complete all

I have been able to do some threads for today and map out plans for February.I hope to increase the number of my followers from 12 to above 20.write 10 quality posts weekly, seek out some communities that I will be active in.

Hahaha, it's like doctors don't even have same view of alcohol. Anyway, I think, it's base on body system. What's your opinion?

Aaaahhh marajah, because of you I will warn the doctors to change their stand.Because, those your posts must not stop.

Yes, body system differs in people,a person's tolerance level is different from another.I will prefer to be on the side of moderation because too much of everything is not good.

I also plan to to collaborate with some mentors in order to improve sales in February,I plan to inspire at least two people to improve in an area of life and I will devote some more hours to the service of my great one.

The first game of the day is underway between Mauritania and Cape Verde. They are two teams that have pulled a surprise at this tournament and with what I am seeing it will be an entertaining game.

Cape Verde has defeated Mauritania to qualify for the quarter finals. The match met my expectations

I did some research on the alcohol issue, the truth is the I dug into it the more confused I was.But from what I gathered from most of the medical journals written on it, moderation and a healthy lifestyle is advised
