I understand that you mean no judgement on your leaders, but how can leaders lead if they are not taught how to lead? Teach your youth leadership skills and some day, leaders will know how to lead.
ALot of leadership training have been going on but this old folks ain't willing to leave the seat for a youth. And here in Africa we still believe that the old folks have wisdom even if they are doing nonsense #thread247
