There has been some sort of competition between Web 3.0 and Web 2.0 recently, with many individuals rooting for the Web 2.0 platforms as the best due to some difficulties they faced while trying to interact with or deal with the Web 3.0 projects.
With so many arguments, Web 2.0 has been existing for so long, which has given them some nodes to get things right better than some of these Web 3 projects.

Undoubtedly, we will all agree that the future of technology goes beyond the Web 2.0 project's; this hereby gives more room and a reason why the Web3 project should be given a lot of concentration too.
Over the years, there have been plenty of difficulties faced by web 3 project creators, and that has indeed limited some individuals interest when it comes to investing in web 3 projects. There has been a lot of community talk on Twitter recently, and all have indeed pointed out the best way to manage a community and ensure that such a community grows well.
Everybody thinks they can be a creator. That's the biggest problem plenty of founders are facing on Web 3 today. Most individuals have neglected the level of requirements needed and also put aside users' views and opinions. All this has indeed contributed to numerous projects failure and they're unable to resurface again.
Failing at first should not be the end of one's dream, especially for creators who have interesting projects to deliver. On so many occasions, I used hive as the best example to follow because the creator has done almost all that's needed to get the Web 3 community to the level it desires.
A brief look at what you need to consider to get noticed as a creator.
(1) For me, I always believe defining your project should come first, like getting a full understanding of the type of audience you want to reach. If it's finance-related, you should have a focused mindset of targeting individuals who have a full interest in things that have to do with finance and investments.

(2) A project can be well-structured and not come with utility; this is definitely one thing that chase away people. People would like to know what's in store for them if they subscribe to your project, how long it will be existing, and how often it can attract other users. Utility is significant, and that's one big reason many projects or creators are finding it difficult to get people's attention to their projects.
(3) Getting feedback is another thing a creator needs to work on. It's always hard for a project to be 100% perfect, but getting feedback from users and communicating with them will absolutely help a creator get the attention needed.
(4) Constant update is essential; giving users the assurance that there will be constant review and upgrades of activities is significant; this keeps people sticking to a project and also makes such project more relevant. Please keep in mind that users' opinions matter, regardless of their level in the community; always be ready to hear what they have to say and reason with them.

(5) Don't be ashamed of failing; this is another thing the creator needs to understand. Failing a project doesn't mean it's not well-structured; at times, it might be as a result of an inability to target the right audience, and that's where promoting your project comes in. Marketing your project as a creator is essential; that will enable you to tell the world what they tend to get from it, too.
(6) Rewarding early starters is another important thing. Creating incentives for early starters has a long way to go. That will not just help your project alone, but it will also serve as a means of advertising what you are doing to those who have seen the level of quality in it.
Conclusion
No one gets to the top in a day; it's a clear result of failure, consistency, and promoting the right project. Creators don't just create a project; they come up with problem-solving ideas that the world will embrace.
