Crazy offer
Pavel Durov is once again at the center of global headlines with an unprecedented proposal.
The essence of the proposal:
Free IVF: Durov announced that he will fully cover the costs of in vitro fertilization for unmarried women up to 37–38 years old who wish to use his genetic material.Access to $17 billion: The billionaire confirmed that all his biological children (of which there are already more than 100 in 12 countries) will have the right to an equal share of his inheritance.
Condition of "30 years": To prevent heirs from becoming dependent on money, access to assets will not be granted until at least 30 years after paternity is confirmed through a DNA test.

Why is he doing this?
Durov calls donation his "civic duty" against the backdrop of a global male fertility crisis.

Ethical resonance
Critics are already discussing the risks of creating a "tech dynasty".
Notably, even Elon Musk reacted to this news, calling the number of Durov's children "rookie numbers".
Sincerely,

Oh wow, crazy offer indeed. I can understand the angle of creating a tech dynasty if these children grow up to resemble more of their father than their mother ;)
