The founder of the Silk Road, also seen as the godfather of the dark web had spent 11 years in prison up until today.

As promised Donald Trump pardoned him, and as of now he is a free man again. Which is still quite surprising as the Silk Road also facilitated hitmen, child porn and counterfeit currency next to tons of drugs. But Ulbright didn’t sell any of that himself, he only created the platform and used Bitcoin as the currency of the platform. Apparently Donald Trump doesn’t think that is a crime anymore.
