yes to know you are involved and your participation in the community is acknowledge then it brings forth an active community. So people should know why the are in the community in the first place.
Exactly. I think this is what defines a community. If they are part of a community, they will do their best to grow the community.
Assigning communities a role in the community building is something that has to be taken seriously.
For this to happen, each person must be a member and owner of the project, as is the case in INLEO | HIVE. That way we generate a sense of belonging and users become much more involved.
