I’m always mixing it up. Right now it’s this.

1x a week whole body workout. 12 movements 3X12 reps.

1x a week upper body.

1x a week lower body.

I try to bike 1 other day and walk the other days.

Indeed.. what’s yo biggest setback when it comes to diet? Or what can’t u stay away from that has the biggest negative impact on ur results?

I struggle preparing good foods and then over eating the bad foods.

Don’t know how often u do smoothies but I pack my calories in there and eat nutrient dense hand snacks like nuts and dried fruits to fight my snack cravings
