Premium? NO.

My secret "under the #premium seat" prizes - does NOT count. 10HBD membership prizes - does not count. By the time SBL rules were published - none of these two prize types yet existed. So naturally winning them DO NOT make you un-eligible.
What SBL always meant - was to counterplay your BAD LUCK in winning LPUD prizes in the format of LEO DELEGATIONS.
So if 10HBD subscriptions worries you - no problem @brando28, you are fine.
