Since the system is designed this way we need to play their game, but play it smart and not just learn the stuff they teach in school. Learn skills they dont teach because in many instances there is where the value is.
4 walled classroom and scholl can only produce corporate coolies at best....not enteprising abilities. A lot of the aforementioned qualities are inculcated through life experiences.
