ROWING SOLO ACROSS THE LARGEST OCEAN IN THE WORLD
In September 2024, Aurimas Mockus started
his row across the Pacific Ocean in a single-seater boat built by Ukrainian. Across the
world's largest ocean, he will carry a very important message - "Lithuania stands together".
It is meant to honor the Ukrainians who died in the war and to remind the world
that we cannot stop helping a country that is fighting for the freedom of us all. This journey
is unique not only in its message but also in
its route of 12,000 km - by crossing the Pacific Ocean from California (USA) to Brisbane
(Australia), Aurimas will become the first person in the world to do so.
