Well getting more sleep is necessary , it can also help one to have a better health.

800km are huge and 8 hour sleep is perfect..

I guess 8 hours of sleep was necessary and you were strengthened afterwards and became healthier.

I once slept 12 hours, lol, when I worked (baked cakes and decorated and did other activities) for 2 days and had 2 hours of sleep in between. I felt good when I woke up, like a brand new ME.

The body needed to be restored and restrengthen you, naturally.

800 KM...that must have been tiresome.

Normal sleep, you can get more, the distance is worth it :) !MEME
