Please clarify more in details the requirement "you must be very active to get LEOADS rewards"
If an account with 501 staked LEO is making at least 100 upvotes per day, and every single day this much, but.... makes ZERO commenting, posting and threading - will this account still be recognized as "active enough" to get LEOADS rewards?
Term "very active" is just not specific enough.
Considering Leorwards are built using the adsense. Making threads creates an activity which generates click and views which earns leoads revenue. That's why activity is considered for rewards.
