This happens for me now as well.
Wasn't an issue in the past but very annoying since it started this week.
That sounds about right for timing. Also have to open most threads right now to vote, can't access the vote button. That seems to come and go.

I also start having this glitch, have try three browsers same results, with my phone its worst, try to upvote a thread has also become a problem
