The next frontier imo. I have a hobby farming business. Imagine I use a platform to tokenise my business and people could own a % of my RWA like a laying hen, or owning an NFT of a lime tree where I could reward holder with ROI from profits

That has been tried over and over since 2015, I've been involved in a couple of projects. The devil is in the details, but is safe to say that we were probably early and now tools and general view is more positive towards this.
Agreed. Yeah perception is definitely changing. For small business one wouldn't need millions of investors, a few dozen willing to invest in your business and decent DAPP for the business to contruct their token ecosystem.
