Nothing new matters until they fix what's existing. If they don't retaining users is going to be hard. Khal needs to slow down and do shit right without getting ahead of himself. I don't think he can, so failure is likely...
I wouldn't wish for failure even if he's not getting it right. We need to support them and then drop our submissions on areas to be worked on.
