It's all about the culture we users create here. Obviously, low quality shit shouldn't earn, but quality stuff needs to. Hive blogging has a culture that the users enforce and we need that here too. If quality earns ppl will in more effort
It's not about culture. It is about people who have got their higher stake to give you bigger upvote. If someone give you an upvote, someone have to pay for it, mostly investors. Nothing is for free and from thin air.
Inflation is how votes get their value, not investors. Everything is about culture. It's how boundaries are set. Define quality and spam and users will do what brings the votes. Culture is also how we define the personality of platforms
Who bring value of the tokens then? investors who bought them and then staked them so you can get your desired $4. It is not coming from the sky, someone have to pay for it. Thin air stuff only happens at FED :)
Think more like a #facebook #status post. This is how the average user is used to sharing and would feel more intuitive. I think this would be great for onboarding.
You wouldn't waste the content from a whole trip in one blog that may not gain many votes. You could post each image as a separate post with a decent description or even make a #threadcast out of it.
You can post photo as well here same as liketu moments. Don't expect $5 for a thread. Here you collect LEO and HBD. On Liketu you have to make a post longer text with 3-4 pictures to get that "bigger" upvote from elmerlin.
You can do the same as a threadcast here too. But a single quality image is easily worth $4. I spend a lot of time, gas and even money on the gear I use to capture content and deserve fair compensation.
There is no guarantee that you will get any upvotes here so amounts you spend of time, gas and gear its basically pointless. As a content creator I understand what you saying but reality is different. You can always post to Web2 for free.
I am talking future potential and as threads grows many things will change. Vote totals and earnings can/will be part of that. There are many ways this can be done and it has to start somewhere. Read some of my other replies to others here
Posts @ LikeTu R top level posts, like what we do 4 LeoArticles. Threads R simply comments we make 2 a hidden top-level container post. Even @ 100% upvote value, posts earn more than comments (including threads). They also consume more RCs.

lol, some liketu posts are, but not the majority. What threads is and what it can be is still up in the air.
