Well yeah, we'll see what happens. Twitter will always be a corporation first and a software platform second. Shareholder value takes automatic and constant primacy over user value, regardless of ownership structure. Even if he were to buy every share and take the company fully private, that just reduces the number of shareholders to one. The software will still be designed predatory, deceptive and (socially, individually) antagonistic to some degree, to extract maximum value from the usership.
