No one is restricted on how many articles to post
You can share as many as you want to on the long form and here on threads too. But the most important thing is to engage with other users

2 max (long-form content). If you are getting tons of engagement (100 comments ) on your post then you can get away with posting more.

If you're asking for long form posts- that's good to keep 1 post a day but if you're asking for " how many Threads a day" it's as many as you can.

I feel one should be enough per day , and as a newbie, engagement is key for you.
Just experiment and see where the sweet spot is (that you'd make the most money for your time invested).
