  1. Major stakeholders need to look into hive communities. Most of them are dead or dying. We need to find a way to make them more active.

Communities are the backbone of the hive ecosystem

  1. Communities should also have outreach programmes. This is by far the most effective way of getting people into the hive ecosystem-- through the things they love and care about...

That is true. The broad marketing appeals to people with building projects, which are not that many, but users on the social level need it best served, easy to digest and relating to them.

this should absolutely be a team effort. I made the mistake of thinking I could do it single handedly

No one can. the main issue is seeing people who share your vision as a leader. Most people are just here for the quick buck and it is not an easy task selling a vision.

I kind of gave up. I am not really into outreach. I do wanna do something fun though and think of ways to spread hive through that.

whatever what's for you mate. We are not all builders. Some of s just want to be creative and have fun and that is fine. Building is very stressful. I would rather be a follower.

I like building but I want to do it playfully, with play dough and sand and crazy glue

Yeah, I do agree with you on this, I also realized that the ocd community contest they organize weekly is a great one which is really helping the new communities.

i think it has to do with most of these community mods not being active on the blockchain. That is also affecting some communities.

Yeah, that is really true

  1. Let's give these communities the support they need to grow. Emphasis on growth. How do they plan to expand and reach more people? Everything doesn't revolve around upvotes. Proper structure is important
