Please note I’ll be doing a highlight I won’t be able to discuss everything, I’ll be talking about things discussed in the first hour of the space, I’ll be posting the link to the space so you can listen to the full topics and discuss if you want and I’ll be mentioning the speaker ma username on X.
TOPICS DISCUSSED IN THE BREAD SHOW
Researchers has proven that communities always vanish after mint period so it’s a big problem which needs consideration. A space was organized with a topic HOW TO KEEP YOUR COMMUNITY ENGAGED AFTER MINT this is the interesting topic, so before I go ahead I’ll like to discuss what mint means
MINT just like the leoglossary said is a country primary producer of the coin currency and for the mint to take place local authorities must be aware and after it has been produced the currency can be called a legal tender and can be used for payment for transactions. Apart from production the mint also has other job which is to circulate currencies, self guarding its assets and maintaining its facilities.
. A RECAP OF THE SPACE ON HOW TO KEEP YPUR COMMUNITY ENGAGED AFTER MINT
Keeping your communities engaged after mint until you deliver on your promise is one of the things the host said in the beginning of the breads show, keeping the community busy also means keeping them engaged and organized during the mint, the main objective is to keep the community and not let the mint vanish it, for the community to keep engagement going you need to set your expectations and plans clear so they owners/founders of the community helps people to know what the can expect is the best.
Most problems founders face during mint is that the over sell and over hype what’s happening and it’s impossible for that expectation because they always drop when the price falls and the pump is over, so they need to keep everything clear from the beginning and set their standards, which includes expectations, so that when the community look at the expectations it will help them to keep engaging and the holders knows what’s coming their way, the founders comes first if they want the community to keep engaging, they have to always present like for example we have this discord app so login and engage with your holders and know what they are doing and how the are doing, so this is some of the things joeyvowels said during the space and salamander who is the co-host agreed with him and also contributed that discord is a great app and can connect founders and members.
Another thing joeyvowels mentioned in the space is that is not advised to pay your holders to engage because it can be really damaging because it will make the holders engage because of financial support they will get. And they holders should recognize there members so if they write or tweet about the community which is important they should retweet and make them feel nice.
They founders needs to bring up events and programs they community are made to engage in, like organize games, movies and other things that can be possible to keep the community engaged and giveaways is important to keep the participants happy.
So this is the recap of some of the things said in the first hour of the space, if you want to listen to the space and learn here is the space (link) (https://twitter.com/i/spaces/1zqKVqZrdYMxB)
In summary I agree with what the speakers said, community founders should create platforms to connect with holders and also organize events where members participate by doing so it’ll keep they community engaged and together.
